About

Photography makes me feel the sound of the feeling.

Photography is my hobby, and my main subject is capturing my life in images for my kids.

I started enjoying pictures when I was 4 with a view master.  I use to spend a lot of time seeing the same image.  My first camera was an instant Polaroid when I was around 6 years old.  It was quite expensive just to get 10 frames.  So I didn’t use it much.  Then At the age of 8 I borrowed the 35mm automatic Yashica ME1 with self timer from my mom.  I recall to have just 1 film of good photographs.  They were besides a lake in Dallas, Texas.

But I started learning photography at the age of 18 with a fully manual Pentax K-1000 and 50mm lent.  The first time I used this camera was to photograph the National Karate Tournament in Mexico (was hard spot to learn).  And 4 years later I got my 2nd lent, 110mm.

In 2001 I got Canon 300t with Tamron 28-110mm (I love this lent) and Canon 70-300mm.

I used all kind of negatives, including expired ones (cheaper).  My favourite film in colour was Fuji ISO 400 and for Black and White Kodak Tri X Pan ISO 400.

June 2007 I moved into digital with the bridge camera Fuji FinePix S5600.  I am still amazed with it.  I have UV filter (camera is sensitive to UV rays), CPL, ND4 and ND8.

February 2011 I got DSLR Nikon D5000 with 18-105mm.  Now  D7000 with same lens, plus Tamron 70-300mm A17.
